2 – Buy a headset and listen to your favorite music or perhaps an audio book. This can make your jog something you look forward to. However, remember when you are wearing a headset to be alert and definitely do not jog on the roadway or somewhere that requires your complete attention to be on the safe side.

3 – Get a jogging partner. This could be a friend or even a family member. Having interesting and pleasurable conversations while jogging can make it all the more enjoyable.
